Our Community Support

Geolyse is proud to support local groups and organisations in the Central NSW Region.

Geolyse believes in being involved with and offering support to its local community. As a company, we are committed to employing from the local community where we can, using local suppliers wherever possible and working with local businesses in the Region.

We recognise the importance of assisting local charities, sporting organisations, schools etc in raising much-needed funds. Where possible, we raise awareness of the good work provided by these charities and encourage other businesses to follow our lead.

Toyota Tour De OROC

Geolyse was proud to sponsor the 2013 Tour de OROC. The Mayoral Bicycle Relay, dubbed the ‘Tour de OROC’,started from the Dubbo Base Hospital on 7 October and saw all 11 Mayors of the Orana Region of Councils on their bicycles at some stage in their quest to raise $100,000 to build an accommodation unit.

Lycra pants and hundreds of kilometres of road did not deter the 11 Mayors of the Orana Region of Councils (OROC) in their quest to raise $100,000 to help build an accommodation unit at the Dubbo Base Hospital.

The ride will progressed across 11 Local Government Areas and finished back at the Dubbo Base Hospital on Saturday, 13 October 2013.

James Sheahan Under 16 AFL team

Geolyse sponsored the James Sheahan Under 16 AFL team which enabled the team to purchase their first ever set of AFL jerseys.

“There were many favourable comments about how good the team looked and the boys certainly appreciated playing in the new AFL jerseys rather than in rugby league jerseys. We are all looking forward to another successful season of AFL in 2013 and beyond, where the school will make good use of these fantastic jerseys.” Greg Pell | PD/H/PE
