Hi! I’m Stephen, I have been working at Geolyse for over 20 years.

I have over 29 years’ experience in civil engineering design, traffic engineering, construction supervision and contract management.

My experience includes the preparation of feasibility studies for the provision of trunk infrastructure, concept designs for infrastructure and the provision of services for development projects, site assessment for industrial and civil developments and project evaluation and management.

Specifically, my experience includes:
• Feasibility assessment and concept design of infrastructure and service projects for water supply, sewerage systems and road transport.
• Civil engineering design in the areas of stormwater drainage, sewer and water reticulation, rural and urban road works and sporting facilities.
• Subdivision project evaluation and management from concept stage, planning, through to design and supervision of construction.
• Design of building hydraulics particularly for the installation of fire service facilities.
• Project Management of construction projects for subdivisions, water and sewer infrastructure, industrial development and other major civil works.
• Transport analysis and traffic impact evaluation for a range of residential, industrial and commercial developments;.

Career Highlights:
• Being involved in the growth and development of Geolyse.
• Having a hands on role in the planning, design and construction management of a range of residential subdivisions.
• Being part of the team of professionals in conjunction with the visionary owners for the rezoning and initial development of Tallwoods Village.
• Carrying out the design and supervising the construction of golf courses at Grangewood Estate and Tallwoods Village including the incorporation of trunk drainage systems within each golf course.
