This data is stored in an online database and an offline backup database and is kept until you make a request for it to be removed by unsubscribing or if the data is deemed to be false or outdated. The information is then removed soon after from the online database and two weeks after the online database from the offline backup database.

The IP Address of every visitor to our website is collected as a marketing information. This is to allow a count of the amount of times a specific page has been visited. This data is cleared daily and does not get stored on any offline database. Your IP address will not be used for any other purpose.

Login accounts are created by Geolyse Pty Ltd to give specific clients access to download files that have been uploaded on the site for their use. These user accounts are only active for 24 hours and are then disabled and no personal data is kept.

Files

Every file that has been uploaded on the Geolyse website is scanned for malware, including viruses, before being made available to the public and clients. However, we recommend that each visitor to the site should have an up to date virus scanner because not all viruses may be detected at the time of uploading. Each file that is downloaded from the website should be scanned to ensure it is free from threats.
