We are looking for a year 12, 2011 school leaver to fulfil the role of an Administration Trainee to provide a range of support services for our Orange Office.

As an Administration Trainee, this position is for a period of twelve months, ideal for a gap year in 2012, in which Geolyse will support you in achieving attainment of Certificate III Business Services or equivalent. This is a great opportunity to learn a broad range of skills and build your career.

You may be just the person we are looking for if you are organised, a good communicator both written and verbally with a professional phone manner, are well presented and take pride in your work.

Accountabilities Include:

  • Operation of a reception switchboard                                                                      

  • Photocopying, scanning and filing

  • Organising daily errands such as banking and posting

  • Undertake general Microsoft Word and Excel processing duties

  • Stationary orders.
