This project brought together nearly all areas of expertise within Geolyse. From initial planning approvals through architectural design, survey and LPI registration of the final strata plan. The survey team was engaged during the construction phase for general set out of the new section of building. The cadastral component of the project involved a plan of redefinition over the subject land prior to the strata plan being registered.
The subject land had not been surveyed for nearly 100 years and there was a large excess across the block which had to be verified. Once the redefinition plan was registered and the building completed, the commercial strata plan was finalised and registered with the LPI. What was once an old industrial style shed is now modern commercial units close to the Dubbo CBD.
